King's College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust

The Challenge

King's College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust was working with an outdated CMS that made content updates difficult and time-consuming. The site lacked mobile compatibility, performed poorly in terms of accessibility, and didn’t meet the expectations of a modern healthcare provider.

The internal team needed a website that was easy to manage, accessible to all users, and aligned with NHS digital standards.

The Outcome

We designed and developed the main Trust website on WordPress — a fully accessible platform meeting WCAG standards and optimised for all devices.

The site was independently tested for both accessibility and security, ensuring it meets rigorous NHS expectations. It now gives the Trust’s communications team full control over content, enabling faster updates, better internal workflows, and more responsive communication.

The website serves a broad and diverse population across Lambeth, Southwark, Lewisham, and Bromley — offering a clear, consistent source of information for patients, staff, and the wider public.

In addition to the main Trust website, we continue to support the team with the design and maintenance of other smaller sites across the organisation, helping to ensure consistency, accessibility, and performance across the Trust’s wider digital presence.

Centre for Governance and Scrutiny

The Challenge

The previous website had become outdated, with a confusing structure that made content difficult to locate. It didn’t reflect the organisation's expertise or stature and was falling behind peers in the governance and scrutiny space. Finding relevant resources was a frustration, and the site lacked flexibility for a team accountable to a board and external stakeholders.

The Outcome

We delivered a modern, highly accessible WordPress site with intuitive information architecture that reflects CfGS’s role as a national charity promoting accountable decision-making.

The new site gives their team full content control, flexible layouts, and a structure that supports both digital strategy and governance oversight. It provides board-level confidence while enabling more efficient content management.

New Local

The Challenge

New Local’s previous WordPress site was difficult to manage and no longer fit for purpose. As the organisation grew, the site struggled to keep up both in structure and usability.

Outdated content had accumulated over time, and the team needed a clearer, more scalable platform that could support their evolving communications and brand.

We designed and built a custom WordPress site aligned with New Local’s refreshed brand and growing content needs. Legacy content was reviewed, archived, and migrated with care.

The new site gives the team full control, with flexible prebuilt layouts that make it easy to create new pages quickly, helping them communicate more effectively and adapt with confidence.
